Orphanages Destroyed by Earthquake Rebuilt

On March 24 of last year, an earthquake created a great deal of devastation in Myanmar, affecting many areas served by PIME. The rectory and church constructed by Blessed Fr. Clement Vismara were destroyed, as were the orphanages of Monglin and Thiri.

Thanks to the generous donations from many of our friends in the U.S. and world-wide, the orphanages have been reconstructed. Thank you for helping us provide homes for the children!
